Have to wax eloquent about Eric in the service department. Brand new purchase had an electronic problem, and I called Eric hoping for information that would save me a two hour trip down to the shop. Not only did he give me an explanation as to how to fix the problem, but I also got an ABS 101 mini lecture on how it works, which I had never known before; revealed clearly, patiently (when I had to ask something to be repeated), and with good humor. Extra credit, as he could have just said "bring it in." He also suggested what I could do to make sure that, if I couldn't fix it and had to go down there, I could be safe and not harm the bike by riding it there and not have to trailer it.This is a killer dealership - knowledgeable and friendly staff, superb management, great selection, good trade in value, and reasonable dealer fees on a new purchase. I also got a substantial discount on a new helmet with my bike purchase. Make the drive. You'll be pleased.

I purchased two bikes at Freedom Powersports and learned that the staff is friendly and very helpful. My most recent experience was on July 4th. My son and I were headed up to Blood Mountain to practice canyon carving. About 30 minutes into the trip, my rear tire went flat. I called Eric in service and even though they are usually booked for days and were working with a skeleton crew this holiday, he said to bring it in. After retrieving our trailer and loading up the bike, we were on our way. I wasn't hopeful they could get to it at all (tire was still on the bike) but 20 minutes later, Eric had us out the door with a new tire. Wonderful service, great attitude and a great place just to stop by and say 'hello'. I highly recommend Freedom Powersports Canton.

My husband and I had shopped around for a dirt bike for our son's 13th birthday. Every place we went into we didn't feel customer service was a priority. Until, we walked into Freedom! We walked in window shopping and walked out with a Honda CRF 150R dirt bike for our son and a Honda Pioneer for us! Every employee was super helpful. No one was fighting over the commission. We were free to ask any employee questions without getting the "ask your sales person" attitude. 5 stars in ever aspect of our experience! We will be back to purchase more toys in the future!

I have been thinking about buying a Harley for some time now. I happened to be in the area, and stopped in. They had a Harley Sportster 1200 with so few miles it was practically brand new. I had a great experience with Jerry Pina at Freedom Powersports (Canton)! Jerry contacted me quickly from an internet flyer I filled out requesting a price on a CTX1300. I felt comfortable with Jerry right away. I felt like he was being honest with me, understanding, and available. He encouraged me to come in that evening, and I did.

I told Jerry I was a Harley guy, but I was hoping to get the features I wanted, without getting up to the highest Harley prices. I told Jerry several times it was going to be hard to get me off of a Harley, but he never swayed. I never felt like he gave up on trying to get us into something that would meet our goals. He took me out for a test ride on the CTX and let me really experience it for a few miles. Jerry stayed late, as I got there late, and never made me feel like I was keeping him from something else.

The bike that night wasn't the only thing on our radar, and I now know where to go and who to see for some of the other toys we want as well. I would refer anyone I know, and even those I don't, to see Jerry for bikes, jet skis, etc. It was a sincere pleasure working with Jerry and I look forward to doing so again in the future.

To the management: You guys are doing something right. Jerry is either great on his own, or you guys are great as a team together. Especially in salespeople, the type of management they are under comes out in the style in which they present themselves and their product. I appreciate the focus and attention that Jerry was able to give us, even after 7:00. Thanks so much to all involved.

My wife and I stopped by on Friday to look at Polaris Ranger ATV's. We were considering getting rid of our 2 4-wheelers and getting an enclosed ATV. We met Jerry Pina and he was awesome. He showed us several vehicles and even discussed trading ours in. We found a ATV that we really liked on the showroom floor. Jerry asked us to come back on Saturday with our 2 4-wheelers and he'd take them in on trade. He guaranteed it would be worth the trip and it was! We were happy with our trade in amount and the deal we were able to get on our new 2015 Ranger! "I drove from Marietta to Canton to get my tire changed on my Honda PCX 150 Scooter because the dealer I bought my scooter from didn't want to be bothered.( And their charge started"" at $100.) I called Cycle Nation and asked about changing my tire. Their service department was more than happy to accommodate me and they only charge $55 to change my tire. (I bought my Michelin on line.) When we got to the shop, Eric was on the desk, he was very nice and said it would take about an hour to do the tire. (Eric actually smiled and was very cool. The ""other"" guys not as pleasant on the phone.) My bike was very hot from the 32 mile trip to their shop. We went to lunch on my husband's bike and they had my tire done in less time it took to have lunch. I want to shout out to Eric and the technician who did my bike, you guys rock !
